Reservations, payment, local sales, warranty, condition, battery, and shipping rules are listed here.

Reservation Policy

Reservations hold a laptop until 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Missed appointments may cause the reservation to be cancelled.

Payment Policy

We accept Zelle, Venmo Business, credit or debit cards through Square, and exact cash. Payment is due at pickup after inspection. No payment surcharge is added. Cash buyers must bring the exact total shown on the receipt because change is not available.

Local Sales Policy

All local sales are final except for qualifying hardware problems covered by the seven-day limited warranty.

Seven-Day Hardware Warranty

Undisclosed hardware defects reported within seven days qualify for an exchange or refund. Accidental damage, software issues, and disclosed defects are not covered.

Condition Policy

Each laptop's cosmetic condition, known defects, battery health, specifications, and included accessories are disclosed before purchase.

Battery Policy

Battery health is tested before sale, but actual runtime varies by usage, settings, and battery age.

Shipping Policy

Shipped purchases, payments, returns, and buyer protection are handled exclusively through the linked eBay listing.
