Grade A
Light wear
Clean screen and keyboard with only small cosmetic marks. No major cracks, missing keys, or distracting defects.
Condition grades
Grades describe cosmetic wear. Hardware testing is tracked separately.
Grade B
Normal used condition
May show keyboard shine, light scratches, or small marks. Fully tested and ready for school or work.
Grade C
Visible cosmetic wear
More obvious scratches, dents, or worn plastics. Function is still disclosed clearly before pickup.
